Urban 4x4 drivers hopefully, the set of cunts. Porshche Cayanne and X5 drivers should be especially targeted.
Expect the usual canning for drinkers and smokers as well as the usual new labour steath taxes so fucking complicated that no one actually knows if its good or bad without a world class taxation expert explainig it to them

I think they may punish buy to let owners, just a feeling and so they should. Not at all, if it wasnt for buy to let investors buying houses and renting them then the council would have 700 real homeless people in this town alone. The council cant afford to buy the homes so these people would have nowhere to go......

Agree Piemonte - expect the usual cries of how safe and practical the 4 x 4 is too! The same idiots who forget how massively safe they would be if another one hit one their children!

Would house prices fall if demand was out-stripped by supply? I.e if the rich folk didnt go around buying houses and renting them out i'd have a better chance of affording one?

There is of course the argument that buy to let buyers force the low end of the market prices up making buying a grim prospect for young professionals who are earning decent a decent wage yet can ahrdly afford a flat or maisoneete in a none too decent part of town. Perhaps my worst expereince of this was when one single perosn bought a whole block of 6 flats in old town just to let them out - when in relaity some young professionals would have been ideally suited.

Agree Piemonte - expect the usual cries of how safe and practical the 4 x 4 is too! The same idiots who forget how massively safe they would be if another one hit one their children! practical - definatley Safe - No way. - Hit a pedestrian - chances of death greatly increased over a "normal" car - Hit another car - chances of death for passengers of other car greatly increased over a "normal" car - Have a high speed collision or have to try and avoid one, I hope they like being upside down. The fact that many seem to be driven by housewifes totally oblivious to other road users, lane disipline, indicating and parking skills or businessmen who want to look important "LOOK HOW BIG MY CAR IS, I'M CLEARLY MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU. BUY BUY SELL SELL" I seem to have gone off on one here and it makes me sound a bit like an environmentalist hippy. But I fucking hate urban 4x4 drivers more than Gareth Whalley.
