Why does Bowden lie about what he said at that broad street community meeting? he knows what he said and the notes from the meeting prove it, why lie when we all know he has said the plans only exsist in his head? i don't see the point in him lying, just makes the board look worse and even more incompetent. i have sent bowden an e-mail saying: I put up a line at the top of the report saying : "I have typed up my notes from the meeting - apols they are so long. I don't do shorthand so may have missed something. If anyone else was there can spot any errors please tell me & i will correct!"
I have received nothing telling me anything is wrong, so assumed all was correct.
Please can you tell me what is incorrect in this report? am awaiting reply & will tell people what was posted in error according to him :tea: he is saying he will tell the world my views on the uni at coate [which i mentioned at the bscc meeting]- well to save bowden time to allow him to get plans on paper, here they are: I opposed the building of the university of bath at coate 'cos i don't think anything should be built there as it would ruin a wonderful green space for swindon. i do not oppose an uni in swindon as see the benefits for that So he is agreeing with the rest of your report then? Which I would second as a true representation of events. Well if Mr Bowden is in denial as to what was said at the BSACC meeting, I can confirm 57 people attended and listened to his words and it was recorded onto a cassette. Kev. |

Well if Mr Bowden is in denial as to what was said at the BSACC meeting, I can confirm 57 people attended and listened to his words and it was recorded onto a cassette.

I think it is totally wrong that Mr Bowden has said one thing to the fans regarding the stadium redevelopment and he says something totally different at the community meeting, how can he turn round and say he has not lied about it?

Nuddy for mayor! Although I must say re this alleged meeting and Mr Bowden's comments, I have recieved an update from a senior member of the club board to confirm that there was no meeting, nor is there a residents' association |
