Saw TV on the Radio last night in Brixton supported by the Noisettes. Heard some Aussies on the tube after saying they thought it was crap (but then they agree with Ponting). Not my opinion. Although sound was on occasions not spot on, when they nailed it they were fucking good ! Noisettes excellent support too !

Kasabian were really good at Glastonbury.

Strangely, i thought they were poor. In fact both times i've seen them in a field they've been crap. Finally caught them indoors (well, Wembley) and they were much improved. I don't think their sound works too well without something to bounce off. Just my opinion, like.

Mozza in Brixton today. He has been opening with This Charming Man recently, but, even more exciting, he has been including Please Please Please later on in the set. Come on.

Cold War Kids were great last night. Very short set and almost no interaction with the crowd but a real tight unit and the singer whose voice I don't really like on CD came over really good live.

The manchester orchestra last night.  American band.  Bloody marvellous.  Nearly tore my face of they did.

Massive recommendation for anyone who like alternative american music with echos of MBV, Janes addiction, husker du and the like.
