Hugh Cornwell in Reading last night, supported by EXTC.

Does he still live in Box?
Was the pain of negotiating the one-way system in Trowbridge eased by a sly sprinkling of sage from Mrs Holloway.

The timeline might not work in terms of them being neighbours but intriguing nonetheless.
Wasn't Stuart Pearce a local in that area as well?
How did you find Extc? Not the real thing obviously but not a bad substitute.

An anarcho-punk start to 2025 with Wiltshire's finest the Subhumans at the 100 Club.

No great surprise that nothing much has changed & the shit they were singing about in the 1980's is still relevant over 40 years later.

An evening with the UK Subs in Reading coming up.

Hopefully the knighthood arrives before sainthood for national treasure Charlie Harper.

They've played in Swindon a fair few times over the years.
Level 3 & the long gone Monkey Club I remember.

Early burst of punk gigs comes to an end tonight.
Back to the 100 Club for 999.

Used to love this band, still do albeit the collection of tunes at home are gathering dust.
