As we live pretty close to one of the venues, I may well try for tickets for a couple of the gigs.

I can envisage that there could be a problem with both of those options.

Bought tickets to one of the drive in gigs, nothing like a global pandemic to experience new ways of going to shows!

Careful in the Morrish pit !!!
Judging by the price of a lot of these festivals they now upgraded to contain "posh pits".

Hey, as some of you know Im involved in live music. Trying to create a twitterstorm at the moment with the following hashtags and video. If any of you could join in that would be lovely.
The first to be shutdown and the last to be opened we need government support.

Great to see a live band again over the weekend at the open air Swindon Summer Bowl events. More on next weekend.

Watched Nick Cave at the Alexandra Palace on Thursday. Not a live stream but pre recorded. One man with a piano in a large and empty hall. Very good.
Just wondering if live streaming with pay per view is a viable option for venues / bands at the moment? Would there be any benefit without on the night income from the bar and don't bands normally get a share of the takings as well?
