You could stand on stage slapping a seabass around. Would be a bit different.

Watch the Killers set last night and i thought it was really good. Funniest moment when Iggy fell over during his old set.

I am going to a festival in Luxembourg today and the Killers are headlining. Looking forward to it!

nirvana ripped off a few bands, some directly - i.e. killing joke - and some indirectly, such as pixies, meat puppets, vaselines etc.

not neccesarily a bad thing.

the pixies are fucking brilliant. get doolittle now.

meat puppets are worth checking out as well, get II.

I remember there being a big fuss that the riff in Smells Like Teen Spirit was a rip off of More Than a Feeling by Boston. Couldn't see it myself.

Have been quite impressed by Glasto this year..mostly because a lot of the bands I like are playing I suppose!!!

>Fratellis were okay but I think they were better at the Oasis on Thursday, perhaps the enclosed venue was better for them?

>I like the Kooks but wasn't sure how they would do on the pyramid stage, they put on a good show though

>Wasn't much of an Arctic Monkeys fan but they were great on Friday night, tempted to give them another chance!

>Killers were really good too!

Looking forward to tonight with Kaiser Chiefs and The Who  Cool

If only I could have been arsed to get tickets  :|

been watching the AM's set on catch-up and fuck me these boys are class. never realised how lyrically/poetically sophisticated they are compared to other iconic bands like oasis and stone roses etc (don;'t think it's going too far comparing them to these) and it really gives them an edge. will get better over years and they're only young...

wasn;t that bothered about not being there this year until i saw that set and got slightly gutted.

killers on the other hand, what a load of fucking old bollocks they are.
