The Rovers plans include building accomodation into the side of one of the stands - seems they managed to get planning permission OK, even with such a "fatal flaw"  |

I dont think the Police will allow it. Both clubs would have it.
I can see serious carnage. I cant imagine comming back from away games knowing there are knife weilding Rovers about every week.
