Interesting views from the Grimsby fans.
They seemed to think they ref was shit - in their favour - which is a bit odd considering how much he gave their way.
I reckon this is a bit of an optimistic view from their end, but was most interested that they thought Walsall and Hartlepool were better than us.
I went to the game yesterday and I'm still trying to work out how we lost by three goals, because there was absolutely no way we deserved to.
Swindon to me looked very reminiscent of us last season - well organised defensively, but not having a great deal up front. I think we've played at least two better teams than them this season in Walsall and Hartlepool and I'm not convinced that they'll be up there at the end of the season.
We created five or six good chances, but had no luck at all. I felt we should have had at least one penalty, possibly two, but we got little change out of officials who seemed to be repeatedly conned by Swindon diving all game.
What pleased me most of all was that the players kept trying, even at 3-0 down. They put everything into that game and to get that result was an absolute travesty.
If we play consistently like we did yesterday, we'll win more than we lose.
