Hes not even told anyone at STFC about any offer from the sounds of it til the deal was done.
The two good things are
1. he was poor last season, although personally I was expecting big things from him.
2. At least we get some kind of fee, although in all likleyhood it will be fuck all knowing what the tribunals are like.

Player wants to stay but with improved offer, realistic offer is never tabled therefore leaving player technically no offer to accept?
He has held out for some time so if he was desperate to leave then perhaps he would have gone sooner? Maybe he was given the impression a revised offer was realistic which never materialised?

i dont blame him to be honest, he wasnt under contract, he was captain of the club on £800 a week when u have Peacock on £2,300, Roberts on £1800 Jenks on £1250, he was told of the contract that Swindon were going to offer him then didnt recieve anything for 3 weeks!! id to exactly the same as him, good luck Seano
