This is VD Rich, the man who could get sucked off by Jessica Alba, then whinge that her technique only warranted a 7/10

its hard to be positive when we sell without doubt in spite of what people say .. our club captain and our best defender ... when we are already short in various areas .. goalie .. midfield .. attack ... at least it looked like the defence was sorted ... and then this!

Im not gonna get totally negative as there is still time to sign the 6 players we need ... but unless some of them are quality signing it looks like a struggle already

I have to say, it's not so much his leaving, or the supposed circumstances it was under, but who he chose to join. I mean, if he's not going to move higher, at least move to a team with a little credibility!

I wonder what full compensation at the tribunal will equate to.

Arguably a couple of hundred grand with any luck but these decisions are always notoriously slow and inadequate.

Curiously I read Dongs had a bid of 100k turned down for Swansea’s keeper the other day so they appear to be splashing the cash about.  I wonder where the cash is coming from and why the sudden urge to start flashing it about as they’ve been operating on pennies and pies the past couple of seasons.

Everywhere apart from our official site says its a done deal.  If thats the case then perhaps whoever is in charge of updating the information can get a move on so were not always the last to know.

I see "Martin" on the abomination's official site has labelled it as a done deal over the weekend in which case I'd guess Sean has signed and that's the end of it.

Were unlikely to hear from either again until the tribunal I'd have thought as there's no contact really necessary.

That Dongs website makes me cringe almost as much as the side.

Quote
MARTIN'S MONDAY MESSAGE
Good morning everybody and I do hope you've had a good weekend, apart from the obvious disappointment.
This weekend, we have signed Sean O'Hanlon from Swindon and Drissa Diallo from Sheffield Wednesday. Both players have a wealth of experience, both players are centre backs and I'm sure both players will be an asset to this club.Drissa was out of contract at Sheffield Wednesday and is therefore a free transfer and Sean O'Hanlon was also out of contract, he is under 24 and therefore we will go to a tribunal to settle his fee.

Next time somone sees him would they politely tell Martin in the nicest possible way to go and fuck himself and not to forget to then thank Martin after.

I don't give a flying fuck. He's shit and is one the reasons we were relegated. Good riddance. I just wish he'd take Ifil with him.

I thinks a bit harsh on Ifil.  Next season he will be playing with more experienced older heads and I think he will do well for us. If he doesn't he won't be in the team.  Simple as.  Our defence was young and inexperienced last season, this year it won't be.  Give him a chance and if he still hasn't improved under Wise, then it'll be time to get rid.

I'd agree with that. I think Jerel will benefit from playing alongside a more experienced centre back like Williams. He always played better with Reeves because it meant someone was always talking to him & making him concentrate. I reckon he'll have a good season, same as Roberts
