I hate running/jogging, its an excersize I just despise because I'm crap at it. Cross county at school was so embarrassing, I was like a tortoise. All the boys used to laugh at me so I scuffed sand in their eyes. I was shit hot at shot put though. The only excersize I like is dance, tennis, pool (yes thats excersize for me too), basketball and netball  |

I just do a bit of walking every day and that sorts me out. Although my calves get too tight and my knees start to fuck up. It's my fault, the physio said I have to do stretches but I can't be bothered.
