Angelo Balanta on loan from QPR. Scored 3 goals in 11 for Wycombe last year, Highly rated by QPR.

Again,Gazza he's featuring in their 1st team. It's really annoying whether it's Dave Mooney or Balanta, but they've made the breakthrough to 1st team level. They are also on a fair whack wage wise as well.

Gary Stanley.

Seriously Le Fondre or Paul Heffernan? Is he not in Donnys team anymore?

John Akinde is an excellent shout
Grant Holt from Shrewsbury?
Robbie Blake on loan from Burnley? Surely he wont feature much in Prem?
Hayes from Scunthorpe?

Wilson's pursuit of Trundle, suggests to me that he has completely lost the plot.

I think it happens, when you identify players you want, but then can't close the deal because of the constraints in the background...you end up having to take a desperate punt.

I just hope someone like Soton nip in with a better offer....Pardew has a decent record of signing dross.

had no idea Holt went to Norwich ....

that slipped under my radar somewhat!

would it be unrealistic to sign that bloke Jackson from Gills?

We should try and get Reuben Reid from west brom on loan for the season to help his development, surely hes just going to play reserve team football and warm the bench up there.

I'm not sure anyone has an idea of what we're trying to do any more...in the close season we were supposed to be paying 250K for OTJ and Robinson, then we're looking at fellas rejected by Crawley Town, unknown Afroslavs and lads from Hungerford.

Would it be fair to say that all this combined with our worst ever opening day defeat, suggests all is not well behind the scenes?

Simon Church - Reading

He's just been included in the squad for Wales friendly against Montenegro along with Owain Tudor-Jones.

Church sounds like a great talent from what some are saying on here and is most definitely worth a punt. Good goalscorer.
