Still time yet, but the striker hunt is beginning to look like a massive let down.

I'm really confused on what the hold up is getting a striker unless we only get a loan, surely you make an offer it get's accepted you talk to the player agree terms or move on to your next target and start the process again

The hold up is when everyone they go for looks like they're going to sign and then it falls through at the last minute, so they have to start again. If they'd have got their first choices it would have been done and dusted a month ago.

I've read through this thread and think the best suggestion has to be looking at Craddock from Luton.  Anyone else supposed to be interested in him?

DW has said he might wait until after the Premiership games kick off before bringing anyone in.

What happened with the triallist strikers? Surely Yan the man would have signed for a Pittance hapeney? Would be better than playing Scotch Mist up front with Big Billy surely?

Loan window is still open in after August isn't it? That will be the next deadline once the transfer deadline slips away.

There has to be someone semi-decent we can sign surely? Trundle has been mentioned but he must be an expensive striker, I'm sure the money could be put to better use.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

I think we'll look back on Saturday as some sort of turning point...we'll be in the Prem in 3 seasons time.
