I have just watched Rec 3 Genesis. It is quite good but not a touch on the first 2. They have gone all cinematic filming instead of handheld cameras & it loses the grittyness of the first 2. There is a lot more humour & gore in this one, the scenes with the blender & the chainsaw are worth a watch unless you are squemish
