I absolutely loved Breaking Bad, but I can't get into Better Call Saul for some reason.
Will have to give it another go from the beginning.

It's a slow burn, but I really enjoy it. Much better to view it on its own merits than compare it to Breaking Bad though. For me, only The Sopranos is better.

I did enjoy Breaking Bad, but Bryan Cranston got on my tits a bit at times.
He had this habit of saying 'Skyler', and nothing else, when they were fighting. 'Skyleeeer'. You know when you live with somebody for a while and you pick up on their slightest mannerisms which then begin to get under your skin? I think it's a bit like that.

I'm in the Better Call Saul is better camp although whether I'd hold that opinion without watching and knowing what happens in Breaking Bad I don't know...
Anyone else watch Fear the Walking Dead? Thoughts? I found it quite compelling but also desperate at times for some action.

fear: it's almost good but I really can't stand any of the characters.
I can't really say why it's almost good, I think they've gone from 0-zombies too quickly, or maybe not exploring it in the way I expected.

There's a scene in Breaking Bad in Saul Goodman's office, and his mobile phone rings from inside his desk drawer. He opens the draw to reveal several different phones for him to search through before picking out the one that is ringing. If you enjoyed that, then you'll enjoy Better Call Saul.

I reckon I'd enjoy a spin off from any of the characters from breaking bad. The small cast developing like they did helped make it what it was for me. Good ending too which makes a change.

Better Call Saul is almost as much about Mike as Saul, the confusing but is that he looks ancient now!

I spend most of the Mike scenes thinking the exact same thing!

I'm willing to forgive them for it.
So many questions remain unanswered. It's going to take a real dark turn and at some point, it's got to.
