USA are lacking a good forward and play a little too frenetically to challenge the big boys - means they give possession back too easily against better teams. Way better than Wales though.

Bake doesn’t look anywhere near fit, neither does Ramsey. Can’t find a pass. No physical presence up top. Would do far worse than getting Jonny on.

The real stars of this team are long past their best. Hope they do well, but the next generation really isn't at the same level at the moment.

The complete lack of ability or desire of the USA to control a game has made it quite fun though

We were poor tonight. Yanks the better team. Will take a point though. Bale was frustrating, but again pulls it out the bag.

Wales were the better team in the second half to be fair.
Ramsay and Bale look a little off it. Which is good for England

Ramsay and Bale have looked off it for about 3 years.

It would be a surprise if Jonny played a minute at this WC. He's there for the vibes.
We should have arranged a look a like to go to the WC and kept Williams in SN1

Wales we’re fortunate to only be a goal behind at half time, but looked much the better team in the second half and deserved the draw

Sargent is a better forward than he showed. The moment intimidated him. I think England will come out against US Friday and win easily. They will be wales for sure. So probably comes down to goal differential for US and wales to move on

Think you’re right. Second place is up for grabs.

USA looked like world beaters in the 1st half and really should have been out of sight on the score board. That said, Wales could and possibly should have won it in the 2nd half. Really enjoyed the game and a very good result for England.

Pulisic is the best player on the pitch. Not sure that has ever been said when the US is playing Finally developing real players
He'll be getting out the frustrations of Zack Wilson's performance on Sunday.

Tell you what books my piss. Not just the WC but any kind of ‘event’ that’s covered by the media, the only thing they can think of doing is going to so-and-so’s old school to listen to a bunch of excruciating brats singing some pathetic song in their screechy voices.
