I'd be a bit surprised if he doesn't get charged for some kind of offence by the police, as they're unlikely to laugh it off as him being "a bit of a lad and a prank gone wrong". Which in turn likely means some kind of ban from the CG.
They'll likely want to send out a message as well to put others off from doing it.
