I find the best way to deal with a tease is to arrange to go out with them, then tell them you never really wanted to in the first place and cancel on them. They won't speak to you for months.  I am an idiot.

With regards to HTFC World, the bloke is back!! A new match report will be done any time soon.

Worst night ever.  Just went on a shambolic "date" with a girl I pulled who I thought was quite fit, but on a more sober inspection.....  It wouldn't have been so bad but she was a really difficult person to talk to, and quite frigid.  We kissed for a bit before I virtually booted her out (well I had to give her a lift home and drop some serious hints).  She seems to really like me too - txt me 2 minutes after dropping her off, but.... no.

Sounds like a typical you were looking for different things story to me. But as dazza said, getting her drunk (if you didn't) would have probably helped your goals.. you man whore (in the acest way).

No sober....  But I doubt she'd have fallen for that, not up for it at all.  To be honest as soon as I saw her things looked bad.  That and she sends really annoying closed pathetic txts, but keeps sending them so I have to reply....

I'm friends with the most gorgeous girl in the world and she's so fucking cool, but she has a naffing boyfriend, and probably thinks I'm a bender.

Drunk tonight Benjamin?

Nothing worse than trying to end a text conversation you don't want.

You should always ply women with alcohol on a date.  It's the rules that way you can bin them off and use the excuse you were pissed if she takes offence.

Perhaps but I'm drinking too much already, I don't care about offending her, and she's not the sort to jump into bed on the first date.  She did say something which made me choke though: "You didn't seem the type to just want a one-night stand".

   Cheesy

That is on gorgeous tat....   :|

Not too bad mr. walrus.

At least your gorgeous girl has a boyfriend. I've let a fair few birds I've really liked or ended up liking more when I got to know them better become 'just friends' especially at uni. One of the regrets from my time at  uni, but something I just naturally did when meeting lot's of people in a new situation.

Oh good god that's disastrous.  She sounds like she wants some sort of commitment.

Go for broke - request filth.

Yeh I mean there's no way I'm ready for a relationship at the moment - while I was kissing her I was thinking of my ex non-stop, I really wanna see her in a fuck-buddy capacity or something.  But then I think that may be bad, and there are a couple of other girls I like just as much.  I'm going to visit my ex's mate next weekend too....  That could turn out interesting, what with her being a girl and rumour has it she used to fancy me....   Cheesy

Does anyone on this forum actually have a girlfriend?!  (Doesn't count if you're married!   Tongue  ).

Nope, hence getting away with the amount of forum + drinking time I've been putting in now.

How heavy do you drink, 'cos I'm worried about me.  I'm heavily binge drinking (bottle of wine/Lambrine + 4/5/6/7/8 lagers on a night) 3-4 times a week now, and then the odd pint on the days off.  Last week I drank for 7 consecutive days, though not all were hardcore sesh's....  Is alcohol really that bad for you?  I'm developing a beer gut, and my skin will go dry....

I guess I'm pretty similar. Although been having more alchohol free day's recently. Also being in my 4th year more people are working hard and my group of friends has been cut down a lot so less oppertunity for big nights out, why I spend more time talking crap on here.
