Definitely sounds like he has a Cheshire twang rather than a Scotch drawl.

Did he live in that neck of the woods?

Not pretty.....I was looking for a sign of optimism, particularly on the CG front....but its probably worse than I thought.

There seemed very little new at all and as Yeovil Red pointed out, it was purely re-hash or items finally coming from the horses mouth.

In the end I felt sorry for poor Sandy Gray she shouldn't have been put in that position in the first place.

Listening on the old wireless the lowest point for me had to be Gray giving the excuse for not contacting the cricket club because that they are very short on staff at the club.

It was reassuring to hear Devlin there it sounded like it may have been carnage otherwise.

It's definitely Northwest, more Manc than scouse tho. So Cheshire (albeit Warrington rather than Alderley Edge!) may well be a good call, or maybe  even South/West Lancs.
