So, we require a new manager, will the board give the job to Iffy, Reeves or Woan, or can we look forward to an external appointment that isn't Barry Fry or Gould?

Exciting times?

Doubtful IMO, more likely to be Woan as Ash says. Ed Hadwin is on radio Swindon in a few minutes talking about Town. We have to wait until they talk about a coffee morning!

if its an internal appointment I'd like to see woan get it over iffy or reeves. reeves would be a disaster IMO.

if the board are actually gonna be brave and appoint someone else, stan ternant might be good. but would prefer a player-manager like dennis wise, tony adams etc. not sure who would be available to us at the moment though.

as long as its not tinnion I'm happy!

Hadwin says still no official announcement has been made but he expects King and the club have come to mutual agreement and that Iffy is going to be caretaker manager. He also said that it will be an interim appointment on the short term and if that doesn't work out, the board will look for an external manager.

Who is to say that Iffy wouldn't make a good manager? He is highly intelligent, which doesn't automatically make him a good manager, but surely he would be intelligent enough to play players in their best positions and not be a stubborn twat (David Duke as a left back par example). He is a likeble guy and the players may want to play for him.

If it is Iffy, lets at least give the guy a chance.
