I'd definitely say look at Buzz, Kiss & Pure then. Pretty sure Pure was only £15 off peak when I was looking. Added bonus if driving to get there pure has free parking as it's not in town centre
Having had a quick look - Pure (in Stratton) is £15.99 a month (+£10 joining fee) off peak & the Gym Group (Greenbridge) is £15.99 a month (+£15 joining fee) off peak. So, likely to be one of those I guess… |

Careful, after a hernia repair around 2010 I mixed codeine with 6 pints of Stella, got a lift with Ralphy to Swindon, met some nice Townend people in the pub, then went home and had an argument with my Dad that resulted in me smashing a pint glass on the kitchen floor and punching a hole in the wall. Very unlike me and I've not argued with my Dad before or since!

Suspected S1 radiculopathy (compressed spinal nerve) which has caused my feet to be agony. Thankfully after 2 weeks of taking it the Amitriptyline is really helping and I can walk properly now with only mild discomfort.
Referred to GWH but may be a long wait for an appointment.

Oh wow, that does not sound pleasant at all. Did you injure your back or did it just come on by itself? I just looked up Amitriptyline, the consensus was that it makes you sleepy, glad that's working for you. |

Amitriptiline (and codiene) never worked on my when my 3 disks slipped hence why I now have a metal cage round my spine.
I can confirm that its some of THE worst pain and I do feel for you Si.

I haven't injured my back, the only thing that may have started it was watching the F1 movie in 4DX as I was jolted around a fair bit. My back hasn't really been in any pain tbh. Yes, Amitriptyline makes you sleepy. It's been great as I was awake for most of night in agony before. |
