I agree. Also, Austin has also stated on occasions that he is the Vice Chairman and in Karachi he even said he was the Chairman (or, at least, that's what was reported). Not sure Morfuni can do much about that, but it's not a good image.
Not sure its not true, though not provable thankfully. You assume Clem is the innocent party here and ignorant to the fact!

It’s long been a rumour that the wives want their money back and get their money out. If that’s true, then it’s a game of leverage to why it hasn’t happened yet. Ultimately, Standing only broke cover when he was about to be dicked over to stake then his claim and that was worth more than the problems that then followed…

There appears to be some misapprehension on here that I am defending Clem with regards to Zav Austin's role at STFC, which is not true. The only point I am defending him on is his transparency with regards to Austin's role.

I suspect the simple answer to that will be that any sale of the shares contract will have a clause in it stating that they cannot be sold to anyone other than Morfuni without his approval and thus stalemate. Albeit isn't one of the shareholders married to Morfuni's Lawyer which could make it a bit spicy!

Eddie Parladorio Surely "the wives" are the tax friendly way for other halves to own shares? Allegedly. In my opinion.

Wasn't Parladorio Standings lawyer and then helped Clem when it become a joint case against Power? Do you not think that he is in this deal more than just loaning the money to buy the debentures. Wasn't it him that got the club off power for £250K for Clem, surely he wants more than just his lawyers fees given his background? he was everywhere around the place to start with, in meetings etc.

I see Chelsea have 74 charges relating to agents fees and third party investment in players - all whilst owned by Abramovich.
Wondered if that weird tie up with Power will raise its head.

You do wonder if this will come out - if there is any proof rather than just hearsay - what if any repercussions there will be who knows

In the occasion it does come up, I wonder if the FA have the power or discretion to take action against us for it, albeit it was some time ago

Parladorio is a name that has a knack of cropping up as the lawyer involved with quite a number of what appear less than scrupulous business dealings. Michelle Mone and Covid PPE. Dominic Chappell and the collapse of BHS. Wonder why he is close to our Clem..... ;-)
