The general play and effort today has been decent.
But we do not have anyone in defence or defensive midfield with any defensive ability or nous
Doughty being back is huge, even half fit he's tied the play together and even brought brief flashes of usefulness from kasim and murray

Interesting, that's somewhat contrary to what the media and a couple of other fans there have said at half time.

Guess we see different things in games, but I'll cling to any vague hope of things not being as bad as they seem!

Really? The radio commentary was very scathing. Said there was no excuse for the first half performance and we had no pride or passion.

Plus points, Doughty, Jones and Stewart back from injuries and a goal from a corner.

Minus points. Everything else.

We won the 2nd half..... didn't get completely humiliated and other results were OK......we're now in the drop zone for the first time since about the same time last season. We do have some players who might come back from injury and help out.

So, just about on the cusp of acceptable for Luke, he'll certainly stagger on for at least another week.
