Why jump in with a sensible explanation when the fantasies are running wild. Pfft
It's probably not been noticed with recent events....but there's been a major crisis in Norn Island. Clearly Jordan has been in the forefront of the restoration of Power sharing. Who now shares half his time with Stormont. Cost us taxpayers a few bob, mind. http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015/nov/17/northern-ireland-power-sharing-saved

They've both been left out, so I can only guess he's traumatised after finding out Fabien Robert is actually his brother
That is too much to tolerate. Leaving one slipper out is bad, but both of them? Castrate the evil little slipper abuser!

Apparently there is a massive drop in people buying (and therefore presumably wearing) slippers. I do though, they're a necessity.

My missus bought me slippers nearly 3 years ago now and I love them! Slippers are for winners.

I think its an age thing. I used to be a sleep naked, never wear slipper type of guy. Can live without my slippers and pyjamas now.
I am very sexy.

I have (usually) cold tile floors in my apartment. Slippers are a must.

Slippers are a basic necessity of life. I can wear flip flops in summer when it's otherwise sweaty but...
