Any help on this would be appreciated, especially because I have rung the main club switchboard four times now which has just cut off after ringing repeatedly. Shambles.
- I renewed my season ticket in March. Should I received a new card in the post or is it the same card as last season?
- When I try to book my season ticket seat in the Town End for tomorrow night, the online ticketing website tells me "Could not add ALL seats to the basket (some might have made it), usually because they are already locked by someone else." Has this happened to anyone else?
- Does anyone have any idea how to actually speak to someone at the club?!
Thank you.

Its added to last seasons card unless you've changed seats.
Is the Town End open tomorrow night? I saw it as red on the online ticket thingy.

Go into the club shop probably best bet, they did let a few of the backroom staff go in the summer so probably have the remaining staff covering more work

Don't think so - think it means you get points worth 10% of your total that you can then use against subsequent purchases. So if you go in today and spend a tenner, next time you go in, you can get a quid off.

Whenever you buy in the club shop/website, if you quote your card number, you get 10% of your purchase credited onto your card, which you can use whenever you like. When I got the new away shirt, I had over £38 credit on my card.

I believe it might show when you go into 'Your account' online.

I can see my loyalty points. but how does that translate to cash? I find it hard to believe it's points/10=value!

My understanding is that there are two sets of loyalty points; one for tickets and one for Merchandise
The points under the Tickets is you Match Ticket Loyalty points, click on the Merchandise Link to go to the shop site, then select My Account (next to sign out) and you will get your account details along with loyalty amount. mine is currently £9.15
Hope this helps
