I think he is more famed for being part of the legendary Leeds team of the 70s and an England international. Career was ruined by a broken leg.

We had another experienced centre back and another one with a couple of seasons league experience last year too. He's got a bit more to do to help out Hall while he gets up to speed (or not)

We got Cooper Snr the sack from Rovers when we won 4-1 there, went top of the table, won virtually fuck all the rest of the season and got relegated. 81-82?
