No chance of Kane, he is the 3rd choice striker at Spurs and even if he slipped down their pecking order he wouldn't touch league 1 on loan.

We could always get Moses back.

I already have. Although I hope to god I'm wrong, I really do.

I was going to call you a cunt, but can't be arsed to argue with you  Roll Eyes

I just cannot ever imagine putting money on my club to go down. Each to their own but just seems wrong for a fan to do that.

11/2 for relegation seems a very good price at the moment.

I don't think the chances of us going down have increased because Andy "1 goal in 13 games" Williams has left.

What position did Power used to play in?

If he was a forward maybe hes fancies a dual player/DOF role?

I think that's stretching it a bit. If we got him I would feel a lot happier.

I heard that, but then I saw someone at the Adver say there was no press conference that they were aware of.

I thought Williams would be next out the door.  I know it hasn't been going great for him,  but very disappointed to see him go. It really feels that they don't want anyone left from the Di Canio era at all?   They must have someone else lined up as we can't be relying solely on Ranger?

Would have made more sense to wait until the beginning of next week, so we had time to replace him instead of the day before we play.

In relation to Reis, I've heard he's out until Christmas, but seen nothing reported officially, so not sure how true that is.

Think it's more a case of not wanting anyone from the Di Canio era as they don't sit with the new wage structure,  vast differences in salary aren't going to encourage squad unity.

Sad to see Williams go but not surprised as just not been the player he was pre-injury,  said before he is like Michael Owen and seems terrified to challenge which never going to work in the third division.

I was surprised to read that they gave Benson a two and half year deal until I noticed he is only 33, strange that Paolo gave him such a deal for essentially half a season as he never really seemed to think he was good enough for this division?

No, but Andy Warren normally picks up on Town when he is away.

I have everything crossed.......The last thing we need is to bomb strikers out....fucking joke.

I will be sorry to see Williams go as i always thought he did his best. Turned into a bit of a nancy boy, constantly diving and jumping out of tackles.
