Still rather JMac to Byrne at left back.

This game sounds like its highlighted our lack of options a bit. Sounded pretty comfortable for Shrews.
not sure if McEveley is anywhere close to 90 minutes yet, he's been playing with the development squad.

He was on the bench so I presumed he's ready to play. If not then we're clearly even more short than I thought!

That's that then.  Byrne error.  He could end up being a bit of a liability, made numerous mistakes last week but got away with it.  I've like to see McEvely back in there tbh if he's back to full fitness.

Will be interesting to see how the next few days pan out, I don't personally think Cooper has done enough to get the job on a permanent basis.

As a sub perhaps, not sure he's ready for 90 minutes. Certainly lack of options at LB though.

If they really wanted to give Cooper the job i don't think they would have taken this long do it. Had he won 3 of the 4 he may of had a chance. We will see next week i guess.

Arse. We are allowed to put 2 up front when 1 isn't working FFS.

Obviously not there but didn't someone suggest that we reverted to 1 up front after half time.
If so that coincided with us playing better.

Paul Hart 3 up front, or really 3 up front.

If Jay McEvely is the answer,I dont like the question

He is a good league one defender and is much better defensively than Byrne in my opinion. Not sure we have enough defensive players in midfield to warrant having two attacking full backs. We may have to play it safer away from home.

The question is "Which left back is better that Byrne".

Sounded like we were lightweight upfront with little movement and sloppy in defence

Didnt do Coopers chances any good of getting named manager
