Kenny Miller up front is laughable when Jordan Rhodes is left on the bench.

This is what's known as a reverse chang

I still don't get Danny Welbeck

England have a very small pool of available front men to pick from, Welbeck plays the odd game for ManUre, so is bound to be considered, as are all English qualified players from Mans Ure and City, Arsenal/Chelsea...then Scousers/Everton and Spurs.

Welbeck scored more for England last year than ManUre...I quite like him, he's mobile, bright and doesn't seem to be pigeon-holed into a type, so can do something a bit unexpected.

He doesn't even know what he is going to do next. He's like a premier league version of Fola Onibuje.

I get to see a handful of Man Utd games a year, due to my job, and when I've seen Welbeck live he's really impressed me.

I was at the match last night, surrounded by England neanderthals unfortunately, and again Welbeck impressed me.

Good game, fair result, glad Scotland are showing some signs of improvement, but WGS has a hell of a job on his hands.

I don't mind Welbeck either. He's a bit like Michael Owen and Emile Heskey roled in to one. He's as likely to show a flash of pace and a clinical finish as he is do something utterly fucking ridiculous.

Two days on, and Trafalgar Square has been completely cleaned up - but the fountains are still bubbling away.  That was a lot of Fairy Liquid that got tipped in on Wednesday.

It's a shame they couldn't have thought of something more original, like porridge oats or Irn Bru............but I suppose washing up liquid was the cheaper option.
