I'm rapidly losing patientence with Ifill.  He was mainly shit last year and has shown no sign of improvement since he joined us permanantly

I find myself siding with anyone that takes a stand against Noddy.

Not that I agree, Jerel ballsed up big time on Saturday, however his PR skills make him look like Max Clifford to King's Jade Goodie.

i just hope that ifil takes the criticism and comes back stronger and more determined to prove kingy wrong. there's two ways that people react to criticism, one they come back stronger than before or alternatively they become disheartened and never recover from it. king is playing a dangerous game by doing this. i hope it doesn't backfire on him. i thought that ifil was fouled anyway
