Sadly i think KMAC is out of his depth.
Got no problem the board given him a chance as it could have turned out an inspirational decision (it still may do).
But if he cant pick our best players and best formation when everyone else seems to agree its 442, we have problems.

Where has the De Vita love come from all of a sudden? I thought the general consensus was that he was a very very average player. I've never been particularly impressed with him before, too inconsistent, drifts in and out of games and a rare performer.

So KMac not only refuses to let the 4-5-1 go even though it clearly doesn't work with our current squad but why is it game after game that he waits until we concede before making a subsitution. Doncaster he waited and waited until we conceded and again tonight. Stop disrupting the last 2 years work and grow a set and realise 4-4-2 is the way forward with this squad.

This season is going to peter out with a whimper. Quite honestly we're on a complete downward spiral and I genuinely can't see us winning again this season.
I haven't sent my signed installment form back yet and I'm not sure I'm going to. Like others, I'm starting to feel that Macdonald is not the man to take us anywhere. I have no desire to watch a lone striker week after week and barely any chances.
