Chips are ace. I like mayo to dip them in, the kids go for the smother them in ketchup approach.

Gotta be proper chip sized chips though. French fries are the work of the devil.

Sweet potatoes also make great chips - smother them in olive oil and bake in the oven.

I hate to say it, but unless chips are deep fried they are second class citizens of the chip world. I eat them as a healthier option, but oven chips/ chips cooked in a tiny bit of oil/ baked chips are just not the same.

I used to love Greasy Joes when I worked just round the corner in Love Lane....small place but great grub.
