Hey all, only just noticed this topic, any idea if there is a TEF Strava or Zwift group?
Yup, there is a club
https://www.strava.com/clubs/TEFFERS

I'll assume NMH has watched now....

I think Bernal has too much of a lead, but Friday and Saturday still have mountains. He just needs to manage the gap.

Brad Wiggins just shared info from the physio at Garmin:
"Bernal's back is hanging off and there's no one at ineos who can help him"

I can't believe no one packed or couldn't purchase some deep heat

Yes, but I suspect its suspect packages or bags of stuff administered behind screens that he needs!

Have picked up a Tacx smart turbo trainer for £130 second hand.

Whats the best interactive app to use?

Zwift

You can try Rouvy for free if you want to try iconic routes.

But, Zwift.

Unless you want Trainerroad.

But I'd go for Zwift.

I'd get a cheap one of whatever diameter your bike uses mate (ebay, facebook etc).

I do you refer you for a free month of trainerroad (it's not fun, it's just training) if you want but yeah, as NMH sez otherwise

RGT is OK and free to a degree, trainer road got me fit enough to do the Flanders Sportive the other year but just following a graph is dull.

Another vote for Zwift, and don't you get a free trial with that so try em all.

Get a cheap wheel second hand, and a turbo trainer tyre as well as you will wreck a normal one in no time at all.

Mate owns a bike shop, so he is sorting me out with a cheap wheel, trainer tyre and cassette on the cheap. Happy days

Signed up to Zwift. Decent app i thought.

Just did one of the New York routes on there, only thing that annoys me a bit is that the ‘worlds’ arent available every day

They are if you know how...

Set up a group ride with a mate, they don't have to accept your invite but it allows you to choose any course any time.
