the 1500...i presume is all top tier, or you reckon they'll split the stand in half and give us the right hand side of the stand like normal?
You will get the right hand side of the Brian Moore stand as you look at it from pitch top & bottom i would think. If you get a bigger allocation you'll get to move further left. Its a good view from the top but you may get cold & wet of course. Its the Livingston Arms (2 min walk from the ground) in the town iswhere all the away fans are allowed with home fans but it will be rammed!! |

Last time I went, that pub was so full it wasn't even worth trying to get a drink. Went to the offy instead! Tempted to have a couple of drinks in London then head down later this time around.

Since we were last there, the High Speed line out of St Pancras has opened, meaning that London becomes a more obvious place to stop off for a few beers on the way to Gillingham. A few of the people I was talking to last night were planning to do just that - mainly because trying to get a beer in Gillingham itself is so hit & miss.

Canterbury is a fairly quiet night now, local oldy woldy pubs if thats what you are after.
If you are after something more lively on sat night, i'd go for Maidstone. Gillingham is awful as is Chatham. Rocheester is not much better but it depends what floats your boat!
I want something more lively so might get him to go Maidstone, although i doubt anywhere around that area will be as good as it is here at uni  Cant say i was looking forward to a night out in Gillingham, the only lure was he said a few of his 'hot' friends were heading up from dover to go there. Maidstone isnt too far so hopefully they will go there instead  |

Caravan World in Chatham is worth a visit. The Medway Museum of Travel is a must, as is Lucky's Garden Centre in Rochester, which stocks over 30 varieties of heather.
Think I'll give that a miss. Thanks anyway  |

The new pub in Kings Cross station is half decent and just across the road from the back entrance to St. Pancras. It's at the back up the stairs by Platform 9 but charges the usual uplifted station prices.

Train is only £48.50 return. I will get the train down, then stop in London for a few pints before and after the match I'd imagine. Get to Gillingham about 210 I think it is, Straight to the ground (with police escort i expect)

Walk out the front of Kingsx turn right and head up the road to the Euston Flyer, far better bet for a few beers. |
