I'm driving up on Friday morning for this and spending the night in Blackpool. If anyone is planning on doing similar I've got space for 2 or 3 in my car, PM me if anyone is interested.

Anyone with any advise as to what time to set off from Swindon? With it being bank holiday and all I can imagine the M6 will be pretty crap between Birmingham and Stoke. Does anyone know what time the coaches are leaving the CG?

I used to do Witney to lancaster regularly and thats about 3hrs 25 mins if thats any help

I bet Eric was disapointed with that turn out.

He probably shagged them all & sent them packing

Anyone know what the weather is like up in Lancashire today ??

Heard on the radio today that loads of roads are closed and snow is causing havoc.

Will the game be on ??

Is it really snowing in the UK?

Flying into London tomorrow, I assume that it won't be a problem?

Looking at the internet football ground guide, it appears the nearest away fan's watering hole is a caravan park !!

weather is fine, snow-wise. been up here for a few days with the family, as an excuse to see the game! But, it is damn cold and really windy! Popped down to Blackpool for a few hours, and it is even windier and colder there - everyone walking around with hats and gloves on! So, wrap up warm and don't plan on having a dip in the sea. but roads are perfect.
