It has just been annouced that Witney Houston has died aged 48, from an alleged drugs overdose.

I don't know all they have said is that the details are still sketchy but it is believed to be an overdose

I'm sorry people, I know drugs cause untold misery to those who become addicted and to their families who have to watch them hit the self destruct button.

Whitney, it's Whitney not only almost had it all, she DID have it all and now instead of white lining she's flat lining. The record companies will rush out greatest hits and unheard of recordings to cynically cash in. The only one who is going to miss out on her millions is her dealer.

My sympathies lie with her family and close friends who probably saw it coming but as stated were powerless to stop her.

I loved Whitney. One of only a very small number of amazing voices. Oh well, she had waster written through her like a stick of rock, and it was always in the post.
