You could say that of absolutely every joke. Totally irrelevant. Black, disabled, gay, man, woman, ginger, blonde whatever.
I'm not going to get drawn into this again. People take things differently, people get offended by stuff others would laugh at. It doesnt mean I'm indifferent to people's suffering. It's just a joke. Words.
People like me and people like you will never agree on this so why go over it for the millionth time. You carry on thinking I'm a crude heartless cunt and I'll carry on thinking you're an easily offended drip... The truth is no doubt somewhere in between.

People will always tell sick jokes and some people will always find them distasteful, I think this one is just wrong and whoever made this so called joke up did it in desperation to be funny without giving it much thought.
