Cheers for the heads up, are these pubs quite close to the ground? Where's best to park our cars?

I recommend parking at Welford Road (Rugby Ground) last time, only about a 10 min walk and you get out pretty quickly afterwards, well i did last time anyway.

My train leaves at 19:36 tonight to go to Swindon before going to this.

Realised yesterday it's over a 400mile round trip from the room i'm currently sat in.

I think I may be a little mad. Still it's not every day you get to the FA cup 4th round!

That's a pretty good effort Sir. Don't forget to start the match day thread though!!

Out of interest, I google mapped my journey, its only 80 miles more than yours!!

Fair play for putting that extra effort in, hopefully you will be rewarded with a great day out. Do you travel on your own SSWS or are you bringing a valet ? The cricket ground has been recommended before for parking so think I will head there to park.
Thanks for the info Fox.

164 Miles from Plymouth to Swindon
93.8 from Swindon to the stadium

515.6 round trip then.

According to google maps anyways..

I will be travelling to Swindon tonight on my own, then Swindon to Leicester with my dad and a few others.
Hopefully a decent day out!

Well after watching us dick Huddersfield in a Irish bar in Manchester and batter Wigan in a hostel in Cambodia I'm looking forward to watching us smash Leicester 4-3 somewhere in Koh Chang Thailand. I assume there will be good streams online for anyone not going as its the headline game over here

Just spoke to a couple of Forest fans and it was definitely allocated seating at Leicester and the stewards are strict on no standing. Some would say we are Swindon and do want we want though  Grin

no such issues when we went there the other year in L1.

We were stood near the back and left to it.

I read on a forum that Leicester stewards will generally let away supporters get on with it. Including standing.

This sounds a bit risky. What if the train derails and you die tonight? How will you start a matchday thread then?

If the train derails and i'm about to die, i will use my phone to create the matchday thread (albeit a few hours early) with my last remaining breath rather than trying to save myself..

Early? That just won't do.

I think DV has a good point. Even if you're fatally wounded, try and hang on
