bear in mind this came ONLY from one quote on one Poxford forum, no other source so they may be putting 2 + 2 together, Easyjet would be a more likely probability.
Ah Gary Rose tweeting it's cash only.

Fee believed to be £170k rising to £200k if Swindon are promoted. Beano hasn't trained for the last two days as he wanted out. Swindon offered Ettiene Esajas or Lukas Magera as part of the deal but Oxford wanted neither.
The Kerrouche link has been denied, he's a good player but likely to go abroad.

The funniest thing about the whole Constable saga is that, even if he ends up not coming to Swindon, it will have been rammed home loud and clear to the oxford fans that Swindon are a bigger club who can pick off their best cherries whenever they feel like it.
Have oxford ever bought a player from Swindon? Not counting Mooney who's contract ran out anyway….

There'll be a few leaving the TEF now, as di Canio was one thing, but a scummer something else altogether.
My money is on Chalkie's Shorts
I must admit I am genuinely surprised at how few people are utterly disgusted by the fact we've signed a scummer.

I actually feel a bit sorry for him. We make an offer, the scummers accept, and he is left to decide which end of the A420 will hate him for ever. (not exactly a tricky decision, I know....)

Don't think they've ever paid a fee...back in the early 60's we used to give them players when they started in the league, as a neighbourly gesture....Owen Medlock and John Lloyd spring to mind here. Ken Skeen in the later 60's was another we let them have. What needs to be taken into account is it is probably 10 years since O*ford sold a player for shall we say £200K..all clubs need to sell players at certain times, for cash flow reasons, as we know more than most, having done about 4 mill worth of trading in the last 2/3 years. Constable is probably their only saleable asset and the fact it's to us, helps bump up the fee a bit.

Would they not get a fee for Leven?

Maybe the fact that it's pretty much only you that seems so bothered might tell you something ?

Full meltdown in Poxford. Spoken to 2 Pox fans now and they are gutted. It would appear (from a Pox fan) that they have money concerns. Kassam is doing no favours and no let up from rent etc. I wonder if Kassam and Diamond Mike are business Partners Even if this does not work out its bloody good in Oxfordshire tonight.
