Tennis ball trick to get in, let the handbrake off and push it elsewhere. Or leave some fish in the back

Mines a 57!

We've got 2 abandoned cars and a moped in our flat car park. It was raised at the first residents meeting in 2 and a half years and the management company said there was bugger all they could about it.

Management companies are just a waste of time and a rip off.

Tape a messege to the windscreen and inform the owners that if it is not moved then it will be soon.

To whom it concerns...this car should not be parked here and if it is not removed immenently then a local scrap dealer will be brought in to tow away the car to be scrapped.
If this dosn't do the trick then i would tow it myself to a council car park where you can guarantee it will be dealt with by the police or council.
If they dont live in the flats it shouldn't be there and you and other residents are well within your rights to move it.

Standard off road notification.  (Standard may be wrong, actually).

I had one dumped at my flats, a few weeks later and it got stuck on the back of a scrap truck. Unbeknownst to the owner/dumper.
