Just realised it was my man Yoann Arquin that scored their 3rd.

Judging by the highlights those are three poor goals to concede.

yep, for all the nice interplay at the back, of which there was plenty for about 70% of the game...counts for nothing if you are going to concede like that...

1st goal - you have to ask wtf was lanzono doing
2nd -Guy completely unmarked, but well placed  header
3rd..hmm, can't argue with that I suppose, I guess the only point is giving away the free kick in the first place. YEah, cheers Magera, how you ever played for the Czexh republic is beyond me...hopeless.

I think you need to look at the current Czech side.  I believe the term is 'transitional phase'.

A cumbersome forward giving away a silly free kick, shock horror

Easy to forget the crucial part he played in Ferry's goal, also nearly scored a great goal with an effort on his left peg shortly after coming on.

I've thought he's looked fairly decent, I just wish he stop dropping deep, he needs to be in the box.

I thought he looked quite impressive when coming on, something we have lacked in recent years. Puts himself about a bit, has a good left peg on him, should win more headers, brilliant pass on him, did well in the ferry goal.

Spot on. Magera will be a top player for us. Like any player he needs time to gain fitness and confidence. Think that Magera/Kerrouche is the front two we'll end the season with.

I agree.  There seems to be something about him that I am not yet claiming he is a failure.  I want to give him more time before i make my mind up.

I think we're really close to being a good side. Really close.

A good centre back and a good goalkeeper away.

So pretty close.

I haven't been overly impressed with Magera yet but one thing I noticed on Saturday......he does seem to find time on the ball and make it look easy, which IMHO is one the signs of quality. If ya know what I mean.

He's not really been fit yet until now either.

So whilst not yet impressed I have a feeling he could be a big asset. We'll see.
