Train station is Burton on Trent right?

Correct Luci, this link is fairly up to date(2009) so not sure about the pubs etc....but some good info for those going by train etc....probably a bus or taxi share,or a walk of a mile and a half from the station.

Edit, just noticed it is right up to date, the fixtures gave it away Head Hurts

Not going now...been there to see Burton lose to Accrington a few seasons back, nice enough ground, seemed to be surrounded by a moat!?

You're welcome to get a lift to the game with me if you can get the train down to Coventry. I don't have a pokey little car anymore Smiley

Where is best to park?

Tamworth or Derby. Burton is a shithole.

I hold Burton fans in very high regard after yesterday.

Apparently they were singing to Oxford fans "you're just a bus stop in Swindon" Smiley

The thought of Spencer White disco dancing on the terraces almost makes it tempting proposition.

But nah

Cheers mate but its much easier for me to train it straight from Birmingham.

Parking wise, accordinging to the football ground guide:

Quote
There is a large car park at the ground which costs £2. Alternative car parking is available at the Ryknild Trading Estate, by the roundabout leading to Princess Way. Otherwise street parking.

Any pre match pubs recommended?  According to the guide again there are loads!
