For the third time this year.
Im also thinking of getting some exercise (dont laugh those that have met me)I was thinking I might try a bit of jogging.So if you see a fat out of breath Ronnie Osulivan with a dog in tow that'll be me.Please shout 'Go Yeovil' or something.

i gave up smoking 6 years ago. Developed Asthema so had to really. Was fucking hard i will say that but for me the only way to beat it is to stop completely. Don't cut down etc as it never works. good luck in giving up GO YEOVIL

I gave up donkeys years ago, not easy but I just stopped straightaway rather than cutting down. I was getting asthma as well so had to, and my asthma got a lot better after that, think that tells me something. :shock:
