For the third time this year.

Im also thinking of getting some exercise (dont laugh those that have met me)I was thinking I might try a bit of jogging.So if you see a fat out of breath Ronnie Osulivan with a dog in tow that'll be me.Please shout 'Go Yeovil' or something.

i gave up smoking 6 years ago. Developed Asthema so had to really.
Was fucking hard i will say that but for me the only way to beat it is to stop completely. Don't cut down etc as it never works.

I gave up donkeys years ago, not easy but I just stopped straightaway rather than cutting down. I was getting asthma as well so had to, and my asthma got a lot better after that, think that tells me something. :shock:

i still have mine.
fucking bastard thing it is.

stopped me joining the police and everything cos they said i need to be off my inhaler for more than 12 months.
fucking hell i'm fitter than most i play football with :roll:
