It's hard to imagine that any human being at any time considered that what the NotW did might have been okay. Celebrities is one thing, but the families of the dead? Christ, it's terrifying that anyone, at any level thought that was an acceptable thing to do.

Didn't know what it was about until today.
Saw on facebook a 'boycott NOTW' like. Thought nothing of it until I later had a look out of curiosity. I had to re-read what I had read because I wasn't sure I got it right the first time.

Worst one for me was them hacking Milly Dowler's phone, then deleting voicemails to clear space for new messages. It's scary that anyone would even think of doing something like that, let alone actually doing it. Got to be the lowest our media have ever reached which is saying something. Whilst you can't blame Murdoch for it happening in the first place as he'd never of known about it let alone be involved, his handling of it over the last week just highlights his arrogance and generally not giving a fuck about anyone else. How can the editor of the NOTW at the time of the Milly Dowler hacking still have a job with News Corp, let alone his full support. The one good thing is that judging by the news reports tonight it could easily go nuclear for Murdoch at long last. News Corp share price down 4%, possible blocking of Sky takeover by Ofcom and it's finally given our politicians the bollocks to go tell him to do one. |

No doubt others have done it but Murdoch got caught, the others didn't If the others get caught then yes, they should also be boycotted. |
