Let's be honest though, how much of those stories do you reckon have been beefed up? I think Reg loves playing on the "reputation" aspect of supposed notoriety. I could tell plenty of stories, whether believed or not on here is another matter. Was it a case of; Reg the ladies man myth or Reg the ladies man legend  I don't care. I've never met the fella so I like my mental image of him. I like his posts and always have. He's different and unique. |

And that's cool af. It wasn't a dig more just a question by my own admission of my own curiosity. I like Reg too. We both enjoy Cricket and Hiking yet I've never knowingly met him. My best hope is that Reg is reading all this and f***ing loving it. That would be brilliant. He'll milk it until the comments dry up, and then appear - Lazarus-like - once again before the masses. That's what I'm hoping for. Curmudgeonly old bastard.
Funny thing is, I've never knowingly met him. But I'm sure I must have. Shared a terrace with all of you at some point, I'm sure. But I've been talking Swindon (& other random stuff) with him for the best part of 20 yrs. So it feels as if you know him rather well (even though, I know, I don't really). Hoping my cyber-pal is OK.

Reg's account clocked on earlier too. At around 3pm. I mentioned on the "Anyone seen Reg?" Fred (he'll love that). Did notice the 6pm as well. I'm still hoping that he is ok. Unlikely but if people were asking after me and I'd logged in. I would give a quick check-in to say I'm all good. It's the lack of posting that is a little worrying. I want him to just be being a buggar so to speak but if it's more serious then I fear it could be a family member/friend logging in and they can't bring themselves to post. I really hope not though.
