Appears that the return trip to the car by bus will take around half an hour.....must be lots of bus lanes!......should know but can't remember.

The park and ride was pretty good last year, if I remember correctley. Wasn't waiting too long after the game.

The Park & Ride did work very well last season but bear in mind that there were only (!) 20,752 fans there, with about 1,100 from Swindon, it was a Tuesday game and Southampton weren't doing very well.

This season it will be a similar amount of Town fans there but it will be a Saturday with vastly more traffic, Saints are flying high in the table and they had 25,000 for the last home game with Carlisle.

Expect it to be a fair bit longer to get away than last season.

Me and STFC in Bournemouth are likely to be getting the train across from Dorset (I mean to give him a call in the next few days). Look forward to seeing you TEF's down there  Beers

I'll be going for my second away game of the season. The other was Walsall so heres' hoping. Is the park and ride any good and if using it would it be realistic to be back in Swindon for 7.

Working nights this week, so totally undecided on train times. Might even do some O/T Friday night so your best sorting yourself out

Call in ill, this is going to be a great day out if it's only a fraction as good as last time.
