Stopped at a service station on the M6 somewhere in Lancashire/Cumbria a few days before Christmas.  Snow everywhere and rubbish driving conditions so, like everyone else, I had stopped to wash my car windows before setting off again.  After I'd done this, I still had some water left in my water bottle and offered it to the bloke who had parked his 4x4 immediately behind our car...so imagine my surprise when I discovered that it was none other than Archie from Monarch of the Glen!  (I'm guessing he must have been heading up to Glenbogle to spend Christmas with Richard Briers.)

Beat that.

I saw John Terry with his wife and kids (at least I assume they were HIS wife and kids) in the gift shop of the aquarium by the London Eye yesterday..

Something fishy going on there.

I played at an open mic night in front of Jean-Jaques Burnell and Baz Warne (off the stranglers) for the past two weeks, and have only just found out who they were. Despite Baz warne doing a pretty darn decent cover of golden brown. woooooooo

About 20 mins ago I met Gerald Asamoah who was more than happy to chat. He was stood with the rest of the St Pauli team waiting for the coach outside a hotel.
So far in March I have met (and spoken to):
Marcell Jansen, Piotr Trochowski, zeeeeee Roberto, Frank Rost, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Son (hilaious accent he has), Collin Benjamin and Heiko Westermann

They really care about the supporters over here not like the tosser premiership clubs.

At the start of May Im doing a few shows with Hugh Laurie.  Who I guess due to House is now pretty bloody enourmous.  I shall make sure I get to chat to him so I can claim him as my famous person.
