A colleague of mine recently handed in his notice, and because he was going to a competitor he was told to leave straight away.

I had a job where you were meant to work a month's notice, I'd had a disagreement with the boss, and informed her I'd be going....she got so stressed she told me she'd do my work, and I could go straight away....good enough for me, out the door and an extra months paid holiday...sweet.

I had a job in a factory that was supposed to be 2 weeks notice. I gor my job in the fire brigade, Handed my notice and said I would leave there an then as I had 2 weeks leave owing. They agreed as i said the place was shit and my supervisor was a wanker, and that I said I'd do fuck all for the remaining 2 weeks. Still got paid and got £110 in a collection they had for me.

Handed it in at 130 and was in the pub by 2. Was cunted by the time my mate met me in the boozer at 530.
