The goals will be on the BBC site after lunch.
Do the BBC have the rights for the JPT?

That's what the commentator said so they must do.

Saw the goals on SSN this morning, Pericard's first was a class finish with the second a tap in from a yard after AOB got to the byline. Didn't show the backheel for Charlie's goal, but a class cross and finish at the near post.

You mean the commentator that had to be listened to over the internet from STFC world, because they didn't have the rights to broadcast it over the net themselves?

The BBC has the rights to the JPT as part of their deal with the Football League. I saw the goals on BBC Breakfast this morning. Pericard's first wasn't as easy as some have said, well taken.

He did say it. See Herthab's already seen them on BBC.

Anyone figured out the Barnard red card?
Adver and the BBC commentary say it was two yellows (one after the other, one for the tackle and the other for the afters) but having watched the very brief highlights on Sky it looked like a straight red for a dangerous two footed tackle (no sign of a yellow but they may have edited it).
Though I also heard a bizarre explanation from one of their forums, that the ref meant to show a yellow but showed a red by accident and then once he'd shown the red he couldn't retract it so it had to stand. Which is complete bollocks.

It looked like to me he got both red and yellow cards raised at the same time.

The radio commentary were saying he got the yellow out by mistake, and was actually reaching for a straight red. Hopefully puts Barnard out of the league match.

I went to the game and saw a yellow card, followed by a red. No second yellow. Makes no sense.
I assumed it was a second yellow for a player who had already been booked. The fact it was a player who'd only been on the pitch 10 minutes is odd.
Must have been a yellow card in error....

A straight red for violent conduct is a 3 match ban, which will mean he will be.

That makes the most sense. The tackle looked like a straight red - he went in with his studs and both feet off the ground. Fingers crossed that is what happened as it will be a 3 game ban ruling him out of the league match.
