I did it showed my kids and put it up for an hour then deleted it. Figured it was pretty fucking vain and was going to piss everyone off within a day. Which it has.

I deleted the app from my phone just after Christmas. Found that I was just automatically reaching for my phone and browsing Facebook at almost any opportunity.
Still check it from the laptop now and again, but feel rather liberated without checking it multiple times a day.

Took a taxi from fleet street to paddington today. Just over three miles. Hour and fifteen minutes. I know it's not particularly suprising given the current circumstances, but it was still really shit. Sitting in a taxi full of lawyers for 75 minutes  |

I could have, save for the fact I've knackered my foot running. Doctor told me yesterday to not run for a few weeks, until the swellling dies down.
I had to walk from Paddington to Fleet street in the morning, because comcab are a bunch of shits. That took an hour, I wasn't doing the same again.
